Anyway, the new series won't be out til late Spring 2013. I plan to make it an erotic, sexy series and will try hard not to tie up my sweaty cowboys! What are your thoughts on western romance? Do you have a favorite time period - contemporary - 1800s - 1850 - 1900? What about a favorite location - high mountains, western plains, desert area, sunny California, foothills in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado? Where? I've got the book plot worked out but not the time frame or location and I'm hoping to pick our brains. What era should it be in - contemporary or historical? Locations could be Wyoming Rockies, Montana foothills, Colorado's open ranges...help me out here! LOL

A progress update and news on what the characters are doing to me:

The other day, as I sat innocently writing the story as it flowed through my mind, I was a bit surprised when my two main characters decided to add in their own scene! Well...I wrote what they wanted in the story but I'm not sure I'll be keeping it in. It does add to the story as it reveals a few points of what Cassi really wants and does move the story forward while opening doors to future scenes.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on keeping the scene since this is a 'western' and it might not be 'right' but....wow! The scene is short, sweet and to the point! *wicked laugh* Let's get some chatter going here. So far, this is a one-way conversation but I do love that you peek in to see what's happening! Thank you for that!
